In a world that often encourages us to conform and hide our true selves, sometimes we all need some help to reconnect with our authentic self.
Meditation is a great way to get present to the here and now and to stop the chattering of your self-talk.
I find meditation is a great way to help "reprogram" the mind.
I have written and recorded this meditation, which forms part of my series of meditations focusing on BEing, to help you BE more your authentic self.
