Hairburst for oily scaly and hair?

I did a search on Boots website for “oily hair” a while back and that search led me to this duo from Hairburst - the Hairburst oily scalp & roots shampoo and the Hairburst oily scalp & roots conditioner.

I had never heard of this brand before, so I was definitely intrigued.
