How to Create a Consistent EFT Practice (Even If You're Really Busy)

Life is full on. Whether you're working, parenting, managing a household, or all of the above, it can feel like there’s barely time to breathe – let alone sit down for some structured self-care.

But here’s the truth: EFT tapping doesn’t have to be time-consuming, complicated, or reserved for when you’re at breaking point.

In fact, the real magic of EFT happens when it becomes a small, steady part of your daily rhythm – not just a tool for crisis moments.

So how do you make tapping a regular habit when your to-do list is already overflowing?

Let me show you how.

1. Start with Just a Minute

One of the most beautiful things about EFT is how quickly it can make a difference. You don’t need a 30-minute session – even a 60-second tapping break can help you reset your nervous system and feel more grounded.

You can do it while your tea brews, in your car before school pickup, or as a mini pause between meetings.

2. Start with Just One Emotional Block or Limiting Belief

When you're feeling overwhelmed, it can be tempting to want to "fix everything" at once. But EFT is most powerful when you gently focus on one specific issue at a time.

Start with something that’s been niggling at you – maybe it’s a fear of not being good enough, a recent moment of stress, or an old belief that keeps resurfacing.

In my YouTube EFT library, I’ve created tap-along videos that each focus on a specific topic or emotion, so you can pick what resonates with you today and build from there.

Clarity + consistency = emotional freedom.

3. Use Pre-Written Scripts to Tap at Your Own Pace

Sometimes, following a video doesn’t quite fit into your day – maybe you’re short on time, or you just prefer to tap in your own rhythm. That’s where my pre-written EFT scripts come in handy.

These scripts are thoughtfully crafted around specific themes like stress relief, confidence, self-love, and more. You can read them out loud or in your head, tapping through each point in a way that suits you – whether that’s first thing in the morning, during a quiet moment at your desk, or just before bed.

They're ideal for keeping EFT flexible and personalised, even on your busiest days.

4. Struggling With What to Say? Let Me Craft a Script Just for You

Sometimes, we carry thoughts and emotions that feel too personal for a generic script or video. If that’s you, I offer a custom EFT script crafting service.

You tell me what you're working through, and I’ll create a personalised script with your words, your emotions, and your healing in mind.

It’s like having a coach in your pocket – but in your voice.

5. Stack It Onto Something You Already Do

Habit-stacking is a brilliant way to make tapping a non-negotiable part of your day.

Here are a few ideas:

  • Tap for 2 minutes before your morning coffee.

  • Do a script in the car after the school run.

  • End your workday with a quick tap-along video.

  • Add it to your bedtime routine to unwind and sleep better.

Small actions, repeated often, are powerful.

The Bottom Line

Creating a consistent EFT practice doesn’t have to be one more thing on your list. It can be the moment that makes your list feel more manageable.

Start small. Use what’s already available to you. And remember – this is a practice of self-compassion, not perfection.

You deserve to feel calm, centred, and emotionally free – no matter how busy life gets.
