One of the more unexpected – and rarely spoken about – symptoms of perimenopause and menopause is vulva itching and irritation. It can feel sore, uncomfortable, and sometimes like your lady garden is on fire. 🔥 It’s something so many women go through, yet it often gets brushed under the carpet.
In my latest YouTube video, I open up honestly about my own experiences with menopause vulva itching and the irritation it brings. I also share three things I’ve personally tried to calm the symptoms and bring some relief:
✨ Vagisil – how it worked for me in managing external irritation
✨ Balance Activ ProBiotic Intimate Care – supporting intimate balance during perimenopause✨
Live yogurt – a natural remedy I tested to soothe itching and restore comfort
These are just a few of the options I’ve explored while trying to care for my intimate health during perimenopause. What works for one woman may not work for another, but by sharing openly, I hope to help others feel less alone and more empowered to find what brings them relief.
