EFT with Selfcare Karen

The alternative therapy of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is part of my selfcare journey and I am so excited to share it with you.

EFT

In a nutshell the theory behind EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, is that you connect the mind and body together by using distinct meridians or pressure points on your body and words.  There are different ways or types of EFT so if this something that interests you, sparks your curiosity, I would encourage you to try out different types and styles, just like I did.

 

Another way of defining EFT is the combination of Ancient Chinese acupressure and modern day psychology.  It really is an alternative therapy that has emerged in the last 30 years or so.

 

I think the biggest takeaway here is that EFT is a self-help technique and it is free and easy to use!
