If Only I’d Known About Tapping During My Pregnancy…

When I look back on my pregnancy journey, it’s a mixture of gratitude and a bittersweet if only.
After two miscarriages, finally being pregnant again felt like the most precious, fragile gift. But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. I experienced complications, including a subchorionic hematoma (SCH), and the constant worry and “what ifs” took a toll on me emotionally and physically.
I carried that fear around like an invisible backpack — heavy, exhausting, and always there. I kept thinking, “If I could just relax and trust my body…” but in reality, I felt like I was on high alert every moment.
If I had known about EFT Tapping back then, I truly believe my pregnancy experience could have felt lighter, calmer, and more connected to the joy of expecting a baby.
Why Tapping Can Be So Helpful During Pregnancy
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or “tapping,” is a gentle self-help tool that involves tapping on acupressure points while focusing on your thoughts and feelings. For pregnancy, it can be especially powerful because it:
Helps calm anxiety and fear that can arise, especially after fertility struggles or pregnancy loss.
Supports emotional well-being, allowing you to focus on the joy rather than the constant worry.
Encourages a sense of safety and trust in your body’s ability to carry your baby.
Can be done anytime, anywhere, without any special equipment.
By reducing stress and promoting relaxation, you’re not only supporting your own health — you’re creating a calmer environment for your baby too.
Tap Along With Me for a Healthy Pregnancy
Because I wish I’d had this tool during my own pregnancy, I’ve created a new guided EFT tapping video specifically for a healthy pregnancy. It’s designed to help you release worry, feel more at ease, and connect with your growing baby in a positive way.
💗 You can watch it here
Whether you’re newly pregnant, further along, or supporting someone who is, I hope this tap along becomes a gentle, reassuring companion on the journey.
Remember — your well-being matters, and so does your peace of mind.
